Notice of Shortlisted Works

“顺丰航空747全货机涂装设计全球征集大赛”自启动征集以来，吸引了全球范围内众多设计师广泛参与。经过专家评审团的严格评选，最终9份创意作品初赛入围。为确保获奖作品的喷漆施工品质，经组委会研究决定，上述9份作品中排名前4位的入围作品需依相关喷漆标准进行必要调整，该前4名获奖作品的具体获奖排名将在此次调整后评定。

Since the launch of “SF Airlines Global Competition for livery Design Schemes for Painting its Boeing 747 Freighter”, numerous designers around the world are widely attracted and participated in the competition. Through strict evaluation by the expert panel, 9 creative works are shortlisted in the preliminary competition finally. In order to guarantee the painting quality, upon decision of the organization committee, the top 4 works need to adjust the works by the requirements of the aircraft painting. And the final winners ranking will be announced after the assessment of the adjustment works.

调整后作品提交时间：北京时间2018年6月12日23:59之前
调整后作品提交渠道：邮件提交至sf747_design@sf-airlines.com（非咨询邮箱）

调整后作品命名格式：【设计调整】+作品编号（原编号）+作品名称（附件为作品图片文件、多个视图拼接为一张图，大小不超过50MB）

Design adjustment time of the shortlisted work: June 6, 2018 - June 12, 2018(Beijing time)
Submission time of the adjusted works: by 23:59 of June 12, 2018 (Beijing time) 
Submission channel of the adjusted works: The email shall be sent to sf747_design@sf-airlines.com (non-consultation email).
Naming format of the adjusted works: [Design adjustment] +Works No. (original No.) +Works Name (The attachment shall be the photo of the works. Multiple views shall be put in a photo, which shall be no larger than 50MB)

入围作品调整规则：
1、6月6日 组委会将调整意见发送至前4名入围作品设计师邮箱；
2、6月6日—6月12日23:59 收到邮件的入围作品设计师依组委会调整意见对作品进行调整，并在规定的截止时间前再次提交作品；
3、作品调整说明：
⑴ 优化原则：
不改变作品原有设计理念，在原设计基础上对作品进行优化，不接受提交新作品；

增补说明：

1、此调整阶段为针对入围排名前4位作品展开的复赛，相应设计师应在规定时间内、依主办方要求和作品用途要求完成对作品的调整与提交。为确保足够的作品优化空间，实现理想的飞机喷漆效果，经组委会研究决定，将优化原则更新为：复赛阶段作品可以基于前述要求对内容、颜色或表现形式等元素进行修改调整。

2、对于收到侵权投诉或警示的作品，其作者需于入围公示结束（6月12日）前提供合理的书面说明、证明；对于知识产权及其使用权存疑的作品，其作者需于入围公示结束（6月12日）前提供确切的权利证明。必要情况下，主办方有权要求此两类作品的作者应自疑似被侵权人处取得对方的责任豁免证明，否则主办方有权从风险规避的角度考虑，酌情取消其入围资格。

⑵ 优化方向：
配色：避免大面积使用黑色及其他高饱和度颜色（如红色），建议使用顺丰标准色中的浅灰色、深灰色进行优化组合；
风格：作品中的人物、动物元素建议以形象更为活泼、亲切、卡通化的方式呈现。

Adjustment Rules of the Shortlisted Works:
1. June 6: The organization committee sends the adjustment comments to the email box of all the top 4 of the shortlisted works;
2. June 6—23:59 of June 12 The designers who received the email need to adjust their works based on the comments of the organization committee and submit the works again by the specified deadline;
3. Adjustment description of works:
⑴ Optimization principles:
Do not change the original design concept. Optimize the work on the original basis. New works are unacceptable;

Supplementary specification：

1.The adjustment stage is the playoff for the top 4 shortlisted works. The involved designers shall adjust and submit the works in specified time based on the requirements of the organizer and works usage. To ensure sufficient improvement and realize ideal painting effects, upon the decision of the organization committee, the optimization principles are updated as follows: In the playoff stage, the works can be revised and adjusted in elements like contents, colors or forms based on the above-mentioned requirements.

2.For works which are infringed or warned, the designers shall provide reasonable written documents and proofs before the end of shortlisted works publicity (June 12); For works with suspicious intellectual property or right of use, specific certificate of rights shall be provided before the end of shortlisted works publicity (June 12); If necessary, the organizer is entitled to require the designers of such works to acquire exemption certificate from the suspicious infringed person, otherwise the organizer is entitled to cancel the shortlist qualification at its discretion from the prospective of risk avoidance.
⑵ Optimization orientation:
Color matching: Avoid to use large area of black or other colors of high saturation (such as red). It is recommended to optimize and match with the SF standardized colors of light gray and dark gray;
Style: For the persons and animal elements in the works, it is recommended to use a more animated, kind and cartoon style.

If there is any plagiarism or infringement of the above-mentioned shortlisted works, please feel free to send corresponding descriptions to the official consultation email box of the competition: SF747_design@sfmail.sf-express.com. After the inspection and verification of the organization committee, if the works are confirmed to plagiarize or infringe, the awarding qualification of such works will be canceled based on corresponding regulations.
